Bellevue itself is an impressive Charentaise Manor House dating from the 17th Century based in the heart of the Grande Champagne region of South West France, the beautiful Charente. Up until a decade ago it was one of the most important Cognac distilleries of the surrounding area.

Now privately owned by an English couple who have lived in the area for several years, Bellevue has been carefully renovated.Parts of the estate have now been sympathetically converted and restored to provide luxurious accommodation with a refined and contemporary décor which offers you a truly stylish and personalised welcome.

New for 2010 is our fabulous spa, as well as already providing 2 swimming pools and a gym, Bellevue is now adding Bellevue Spa, which will include a luxurious new beauty wing, relaxing steam room, sauna, Jacuzzi and plunge pool.
